Program Application

Students interested in the Certificate Program will complete a preliminary application at one of several informational meetings held in September and October of their sophomore year. The meetings are open to freshmen and sophomores.

The preliminary application can be downloaded below or completed online through the student's e-Portfolio.

Interested students will be matched with a Center advisor who will assist in the
program application process, completed online through the student's e-Portfolio. The application process is described in the Certificate Handbook.
